If you are using our automation services on behalf of a Malaysian enterprise or other corporate entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our tools and insights immediately.

TaipeiTask provides specialized software interfaces designed for data analytics and workflow optimization. Our tools are built to handle enterprise-level logic and should be utilized within the parameters of professional data management practices.

2. Permitted Use & Conduct
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our platform strictly in accordance with these Terms. As a condition of your use, you warrant that you will not use the site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited.
Prohibited actions include:
- Attempting to reverse engineer any of the automation algorithms or proprietary tools provided.
- Using analytics data to conduct unauthorized surveillance or violate privacy laws of Malaysia.
- Interfering with the security-related features of the hub.
- Automating the scraping of our content without explicit technical authorization via our API keys.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content included as part of the Service, such as text, graphics, logos, and data analytics visualizations, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the Site, is the property of TaipeiTask and protected by copyright and other laws.
You agree to observe and abide by all copyright and other proprietary notices, legends or other restrictions contained in any such content and will not make any changes thereto. Your use of the site does not give you any ownership rights to any protected content.
4. Liability & Disclaimers
THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, AND TOOLS INCLUDED IN OR AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. TAIPEITASK MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE SUITABILITY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, OR ACCURACY OF THE ANALYTICS DATA FOR ANY PURPOSE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TAIPEITASK BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF OUR AUTOMATION SYSTEMS.

5. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Kuala Lumpur in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site.
TaipeiTask reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice.
